Izzy has finished his contract at the University of Queensland, and has now relocated, at least for the time being, in Bilambil near Tweed Heads, NSW. He has re-enrolled to complete his PhD (0ff-campus through Wollongong Uni), but is, according to the twisted logic of CentreLink, ‘not unemployed’, but also not entitled to Austudy, Newstart [...]
